Could I be pregnant after Nexplanon removal??

Jan 15-19th: unprotected sex

Jan 20th:Nexplanon removal

- Plan B

-started birth control pills

January 25th: Light "period" (nothing really coming out, only when I wipe..)

Period started and lasted 5 days.

I continued my birth control and took it everyday around noon. I also had unprotected sex a couple times last week with my boyfriend into this week.

3 days ago I started feeling extremely dizzy and lightheaded and still am.

Today I felt like I was going to throw up, along with the lightheadedness and an upset stomach with some cramps and acid reflux.

I am exhausted and so fatigued.

Could this be pregnancy symptoms? Or would it be too early to test?
