Would you alter your menu?

Your wedding is in a week, all is finalized, when you find out that one of your guests has decided they’re now vegan. They haven’t told you, but you saw a comment they made on a random Facebook post where they mentioned it.

Do you alter your menu to accommodate them?

Bonus info: you don’t particularly like this person, you’ve only invited them to keep the peace in the family.

You’ve accommodated other guests by ensuring there a gluten free options.
