Missed miscarriage?

I’m trying to make sense of everything while trying to be hopeful 🤞🏼

LMP- 11/10

12/18-12/20 I got 4 faint positive tests

They calculated I’m 10 weeks based off period.

I went in this past Tuesday for a confirmation of pregnancy. the ultrasound baby measured 6 weeks with no hb yet ( sometimes can’t be heard until 6 weeks ago 1 day) and got my first hcg levels back at 25321.

I’m still waiting for my end of the week hcg levels.

But I don’t see how my hcg levels could be so high if the baby isn’t alive for so many weeks.

I also don’t see how I could get a positive test if I would have had to conceive on 12/30. 😩
