Progesterone sites
Has anyone ever given progesterone in oil anywhere other than the hip?? I know it's technically intramuscular so can go in the vastus/ front of the thigh or deltoid. I've been on them for a week and already have huge bruises and soreness, wondering if I can give my booty a break or if I should should push through and carry on....
