Should I call my OB?

I have a sharp pain to the right of my belly button in the middle of my stomach. It's been going on for a few days, sometimes it goes away and other times it's VERY painful. I'm not sure if baby is just pressing there and bruising it or if it might be something more serious?

Ive had the same thing, in the exact same spot on and off. Was even sensitive to touch. Apply a heating pad for 5-10 mins( low)  or have a bath. I told my midwife about it and she said if it responds to heat its likely just the baby pressing  on something and not to worry. She also likes to press soo hard against my bellybutton 😩 it hurts so much when she does that

Had the same pains ended up being a hernia that they couldn’t treat untill after birth anyways 😞

It could also be gallbladder or sharp pains on the right side by the liver can be a sign of preeclampsia so I’d mention it to your doctor and watch for other signs.
