PCOS and Pregnancy

I just found out I am pregnant (I haven’t gone yet to see OB). I might be like 4 weeks. I have PCOS and currently taking Metformin. I was at a wedding last night dancing, jumping bouncing around. My grandma and mom said that I shouldn’t do that because it can jeopardize my pregnancy. Is this true?
