Contractions or pain??

Help! I can’t tell if I’m having contractions, Braxton Hicks or just generally pregnancy pains. I keep getting a sharp pain on my left groin and it will pulsate along the bottom of my belly. I have tried to time it, but I can’t really tell when the pain stops. I think I’m concentrating on it too much. It’s happened twice now in the past 30 minutes though. And it HURTS. Like I actually screamed out loud in pain from it. Keep in mind I’m just 32 weeks.
