Help!? Am i pregnant!?!

I had sex on the 8th of January and it was unprotected I felt like I was ovulating (sore breast,cramps,temp was off) and now Im 6 days late for my period. I took 9 pregnancy tests *ik excessive* All were negative.. and I had a blood test done at er (I was having heart issues) Ive never been late before! What should I do? This hasnt happened before.

Before anybody says "well, you had sex so what did you think would happen"

I understand fully that it could of happened but I already have bad heart problems and was TTC for months with no luck and we gave up in the summer because of progressed heart issues and now this? I dont want to get my hopes up if its just a random thing that sometimes happens. Im going to call my OBGYN in the morning but my mind is racing!

I know that blood tests are extremely accurate but, i have a 2 year old and my blood-test came up negative but urine was positive up until I was 13 weeks with him 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
