I’ve suffered from anxiety for about 4 years now but all of a sudden it has became so bad I couldn’t leave my house, I had to stay with my mum all day and night because I’m scared to be alone.

If I get the slight pain anywhere or odd feeling it triggers panic attacks as I have a fear of something bad happening to me.

Can anyone relate to this and tell me ways on how to cope when I feel a panic attack coming on and maybe how to prevent it
