Opinion??

I am on the IUD, expired in Aug and just now made an appt to get it replaced here in February cause if insurance and doctor office issues. I’m suppose to get my period here soon and I felt a little weird so I took some pregnancy test but they were negative. I’ve been having acid reflux, cramps, tender boobs, for some morning I’ll wake up with the light to mild nausea, and really weird emotional swings. Should I test again??
