Baby spit/throw up has brown chunks!? 🤢🤮

Does anyone know what they could be? He just got out of the hospital with RSV and bronchiolitis... and has been taking around the clock breathing treatments. Well, starting last night he spit/threw up and it was brown/chunky. He usually only does it if he eats after his treatment. Anyone have any idea what that could be?

He’s also not pooped since Wednesday.. doctor said his tummy sounded ok. I’m just paranoid. And last night I showed the nurse his spit up burp cloth but she didn’t seem concerned but didn’t say anything.

Ugh I can’t wait to not worry so much. 😩
