6 days late everythings negative but..

I have a normal cycle 28-30 days.. like clockwork, always on time! Well, this month was different for me. Im going on 6 days late today. I got a blood test done (from er) when I was 2-3days late. Urine has been negative as well.

Im having twitching spasms all through my pelvis and vagina (TMI sorry)..

Im really gassy (Not like me)

My breast hurt very bad and my nipples are very sensitive.

Im having bad nausea

Im 6 days late and Ive never been late before!

Ive took multiple tests all BFN!!

When I got bloodwork done at ER they just said it was "negative" didnt give me a number or anything of hcg. They said I had an elevated white blood count but didnt say much more of it.

Im going to call my OBGYN in the AM but My body feels so off so I wanted to share and see if anybody else has had this and there story?
