No heart beat at 14 weeks appt ( LONG POST).

I went for my regular check up appointment on Thursday 01/23/2020 and the US showed baby stop growing at 13.6. ( NO HEART BEAT). I’m so confused and frustrated because I know I was having a girl which was going to be my first girl since I have 3 boys at home 11 yrs, 9 yrs, and 6 months baby....Healthy pregnancy all 3. I don’t know what happened I wish I new...(is very sad)...everything was good so far with this pregnancy. My concern is that doctor have me schedule to be admitted to the hospital today 01/27 he said he was going to induce my labor since The baby was 13 weeks and 6 days. It’s that right or should I ask for a D&C. First time going through this I don’t know what to do. Has anyone gone through this that can advise me please.
