Stuffy at night??

I can’t understand why I get a stuffy nose only at night when I sleep?!? It’s annoying! Any suggestions??

When I would have a cold, I would use the breathe right nasal strips, legit the beat thing to sleep with when you are all clogged up.  Not sure if you can wear them during pregnancy, but maybe check the label and if it says to check with doctor, then check with your doctor.  It is honestly a lifesaver when trying to sleep with a clogged nose.

Same here...! My husband turned the light on last night and looked in my face (Thinking I was crying) and asked if I was alright!! 🤣🤣😭😭

I like using saline nasal spray helps keep my nose moist. My husband keeps our house HOT so I'm always struggling. A humidifer can help too!

Try a humidifier. If your heat is running, it can dry out the air causing you to be stuffy.
