Helpp!!

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone has had anything similar or know what this could be. I’m nearly 37 weeks and over the past few days I’ve had intense throbbing/pulsating back pain from my lower back that rises to the top of my neck. Now these pains aren’t regular but happen quite a few times every day.

I’ve googled my symptoms (bad idea I know) and back labour came up a lot haha. This is my second baby and I didn’t experience this with my first child - thanks for any advice.
