Formula at night
Any EBF moms considered doing one 1/2 ebm 1/2 formula bottle right before bed after nursing? My baby’s weight gain is appropriate and I don’t have supply issues. I’m just hoping it might give me a 3-4 hour stretch of sleep in the beginning of the night. My 5 week old is still only sleeping 1-2 hr stretches at night 😫
