Discharge or water leaking?

After taking a shower this morning, I was in my towel, completely dried off and I felt water going down my legs. I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward a couple of hours, I get done peeing and immediately stand up and walk to my room and I feel a small gush which felt really liquidy but it was more off white than clear. I’m thinking it’s probably just discharge but I feel uncertain..what do y’all think? With my twins it was a massive gush so I knew it was my water
