PLEASE READ AND COMMENT 😭 i dont know what to do.

Soo ive been having contractions since i was 34 weeks pregnant. My doctor put me on nifedipine 10mg until i am 36 and a half weeks. The medicine do not work at all ! , im in so much pain, the contractions get stronger and stronger and my lower back and stomach hurts to. , ive been in the hospital every other day, they gave me multiple brethine shots, lortabs, and more nifedipine, then they send me home, but as soon as that wear off he comes the contractions and the pain again and i find my self right back at the hospital !! I am now 36 weeks and 2 days and I dilated 2 cm. I went back to the hospital yesterday because of the contractions and my back pain got worse (it felt like somebody took a knife and kept stabbing me in my lower back) i also had bad diarrhea out of no where the night before and when i was pushing to use the bathroom it hurt so bad , it felt like his head was trying to come out. I was crying on the toilet. But they sent me home after they gave me Tylenol and moreeee nifedipine 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. And this point this pain is terrible, i cant sleep at night and it hurts whenever i walk or even close my legs all the way.

I just dont know what to do. Can i get some advice? Please
