I have a small travel size toiletry bag (that isnt clear) that I have a few smaller items in. It isnt the one pictured but it's an idea of what you can use. I actually keep it in my panty drawer behind my tampon box. My parents dont snoop, but even when I moved out I kept it in the same place.
Other than storage though you need to keep toys clean (warm water and mild/unscented soap) and dry when not in use. I'd also recommend taking the batteries out (if you get anything that might take them) to help them last longer. Condoms and lube are also your friend!
