having pain

I started having really bad pain on the left side and it hurts so bad to walk. i have to limp and i’m laying down now and it’s throbbing on both sides... i’m almost 16 weeks and i miscarried last pregnancy at 12 with no symptoms just pain which i thought was normal. should i go to the hospital and be checked? i’m trying not to panic but it hurts, it doesn’t feel like normal stretching. i rather be safe than sorry. i just am so conflicted on whether or not to go. help..
