11 week blues

Since reaching my 11w mark I have been cramping like CRAZY! I mean like the weirdest feeling in my lower abdomen. I try not to worry too much because there is no blood or spotting. But these are the worst cramps I’ve felt so far. Should I worry? Or is baby just growing. I had a 10w scan 3 days before my 11w and baby was right on track. I also have a home Doppler and I believe I have been able to find baby ( washing machine beat ). But still not sure if the cramping is a bad sign.
