Spotting at 5 weeks!

So I’ve just noticed tonight that I’ve had little spotting like pictured when I use the bathroom. The most it has been is a tiny tiny little light pink drop in the toilet. I’m a natural worrier 😩 has anyone experienced this ? Should I be concerned? This is my first pregnancy. Any help or advice is really appreciated ❤️
