Is there medicine to dry up breast milk

So I’m on baby number 3. I don’t breast feed I just dont please no judgement as I have a perfectly healthy 5 and 2 year old !

Anyways I had vaginal deliveries with both and the first I was cut from vagina to anus and then stitched back up. But the pain from that didn’t even compare to the pain in my breasts after.

They literally get ROCK solid. They hurt so bad I cry. It is the WORST part of it all for me. Cabbage leaves were suggested but do nothing but stink. Ice did nothing. Warm compress did nothing.

Is there any medicines I could ask the doctor for to speed the process up of the milk going away or is it just a grin and bare it wait it out kinda thing
