15 month nap
Any advice?
My daughter was taking two naps but started to refuse the second nap. My husband decided to switch her to one nap in the afternoon. She use to sleep 9pm-9am and now sits in her bed and cries for 30min -2hours. Idk if we should make bedtime earlier cuz I feel like she’d just wake up earlier and then it’s the same time span of nap:awake time.
