Making money during your pregnancy leave

So my job doesn’t offer paternity leave, right now my husband and I are living paycheck to paycheck, I attempted to sign up for short term disability through my job so I can make some kind of money during the time off I’ll need during the birth of my child and got denied. The only thing my job offers is unpaid FMLA. I’m low key freaking out and stressing over this. People keep saying to start saving money but kind of impossible if I don’t want to be late on my bills. I am 5 months pregnant and due in June. Any suggestions?
