Petrified to give birth
Hey ladies this is my first time prepping for birth and so far my doctor predicted him being over 8 lbs. I’m so afraid of pain. Even my menstrual cycles make me uncomfortable. My mom has already warned me that an epidural is not an option (like she’s the one feeling it) so I’m going in blind. Ladies have any advice?
