Umbilical hernia

Anyone else have one of these I’m not sure if I do or not but I woke up 3 days ago and haven’t been able to move properly with the pain just above my belly button I just left it to see if maybe It would get better but it isn’t and I’m scared of my belly getting bigger and it getting worse I’m 35 weeks and still got a bit of growing to do😣think I will need to make a doctor appointment🤷🏼‍♀️ can’t even get anything done because it hurts when I move😒
