Abnormal genetic test for Down syndrome

I got my blood test results back today showing the results being 1:14 possibility for Down syndrome. For my age range the probiotic is 1:720. I’m a first time mom, age 32 and my testing was completed at 13 weeks and 5 days. The ultrasound didn’t show any fluid behind the neck. My doctor took another blood sample today for the more in-depth genetic test (i forget the name but it’s the only that also shows the gender).

Has anyone had similar results and their baby didn’t have the disorder? Or have had further testing to include the testing of the babies fluid around them for the most accurate results?
