TMI.. ladies have this happened to you before? Do you think I should go to the ER?

While I was showering something slimy very long milky and white came out of my vagina 😩 I’m 28wks didn’t get to capture a picture of it but it shook me how long it was. I’m not in pain or anything and baby active right now..

That gushed out of me on Sunday. Super crazy weird. Was told it was normal at this point to have increased discharge. Unless it’s watery like it was your water, and baby is still active, I’d chalk it up to it being another weird unglamorous 3rd trimester thing. But that’s just me; my 3rd pregnancy 😩

I find those things slip out when I’m pooping. If I don’t look before I wipe it ends up touching my hand and I eek out a little. Totally normal I think for 3rd trimester. Wonderful right?? 🤢

Its just discharge. Normal.

I would say it will just be normal discharge I sometimes get the same. And probably once a week I notice some of my mucus plug coming away but it's totally normal x
