Paraguard copper iud

Ive got the copper iud paraguard.. I've had it for about a year.. And today i started having really bad pressure pains like literally I feel like I'm in labor minus the contractions and baby..i just feel like I should be hunkering down and pushing... But at the same time I feel like if i do everything is just gonna explode out of my vag...do you think my iud might be slipping or something..my sex life is null and void so it's not like it got jabbed around or anything...i just don't know what to think or do..
