Anyone gone through this? What does your doctor say? What precautions are you taking other than baby aspirin?

my last pregnancy I developed it after delivery which was super weird and scary so we’re watching it this time. My BP has been great this whole pregnancy but the last couple days since i hit 31 weeks I’ve been feeling kinda panicky and have had a slight headache so I just took my BP and it was 135/80. I know that’s not considered high yet but it’s really high considering mine has been low average all pregnancy. I looked it up and it’s considered hypertensive 1... I don’t have a appointment until next Tuesday but should I mention it to my doctor before then?
