4-day vs 5-day work week???

Hey there! I’m looking for various opinions/perspectives. Before I went on maternity leave I worked a 4-day schedule (4, 10 hour days) 7-5:30. Before going out I thought I’d return to a 5-day (8-4:30), but I’m having a hard time deciding.

What would you do and have you had any experience with a flex schedule vs a 5-day? So, 4 days and have 3 full weekend days with her but less time 4 days a week. Maybe not even see her in the mornings 😪. Or 5 days and and have a little more time with her spread over the week but not the 3-day weekend with her?

If you have any experience with a longer work day I’d love to hear about how you scheduled your baby’s wake/bedtime.
