Hey guys, over the past year I have lost a ton of weight, gotten so much more fit and gained muscle tone. I am so happy with my progress except.... the little lower belly. My hip area is SUPER flat and my upper abdomen is too but I have that little lower pooch that juts out! I went from a 12 to a 5 pants. 🙄 I just CAN’T get rid of it. I heard coolsculpting can help and I’m wondering if anyone has tried it before and what you thought.
