chlamydia and Gonorrhea results?

Can chlamydia and Gonorrhea results come back inconclusive? I was tested on January 10th from a heath clinic and my HIV and Syphilis results came back last Tuesday through the portal but I still have no word about my C & G results. And I called and they have to get into contact with the person to see what happened with my results and that someone would call me back. I’m also nervous it could be positive... any advice?
