Is it ok for a Father to take his daughter pee in the Men's restroom?

Is it right or wrong for a Father to take his little daughter to go to the restroom in a men's restroom?

Clearly he can't go in the womens. I'm asking because I've seen a guy do this with his daughter and my instant reaction was "I would never do that, or (talking to my so) never let you take our daughter into the men's restroom to go pee.

I just feel like there are grown men in there, pulling there stuff out to go pee and she does not need to be in there while that's happening.

My so says Well what if your not there, how am I suppose to take her to the bathroom?
