Lack of speech

Does anyone else's nearly 2 year olds now not have a lot of vocabulary? My little boy knows animal sounds, mummy, daddy etc but doesn't really have a go at much else and certainly doesn't speak in sentences. I never thought much of this until I saw Instagram stories (I know I shouldn't compare) of someone who has a feb 2018 baby and they were asking for pizza! Should I be concerned?
