Would you ever consider lightning crotch concerning?

I’m 29 weeks, had a scan on Monday and the first thing the tech says is “wow her head is right there!” Suggesting that she’s low I guess? I asked her if it was a concern and she’s said they would check again later (whatever that means) anyway, ever since then I’ve been having pains like she’s trying to crawl out of my vagina. This happened with my son, who was also very low, and I found out I was effacing early. Doesn’t help that I am on my feet all day at work and have a toddler at home. Should I be concerned?
