Depressed?
So today, I’ve really been thinking so much about where I’ve been emotionally... A lot has been going on for me since November, my ex broke up with me, I had my period for a whole three weeks.. To top it off I sleep so much during the day, I feel like I’m always tired, which affects my work schedule.. I noticed I was distant with certain people in my life, and now not just me but my family is noticing I’m losing so much weight since December.. I havent been eating less or working out, if anything my eating habits have increased, could this be because of depression?
