Tips please. 🙏

I think my neck hurts from the argument I had with my now ex who I broke up with because of said argument. I know I did the right thing because disagreements shouldn’t feel this way. I’m looking for a job a night job specifically because I got to do my schooling during the day. I’m so tired though and I feel more at ease that I broke it up with him. I took up an old hobby again which is writing poetry and I’ve been writing a lot lately and it calms me. I’ve also continued working out like usual and it helps. What other ways do you guys calm yourselves and just relax to get rid of stress? How do you get rid of negative thoughts? Thank you in advance!
