Very worried & need help (24 weeks)

So today I received a call from my dr today saying he got the results from my first ultrasound and found two things. 1 being the heart has a spot on it and 2 the baby’s head is measuring small... I broke down crying because this is my first baby and this isn’t something I wanted to hear. My baby’s head looks normal but the dr said otherwise. I’ll be having another ultrasound soon to see more and to determine what’s going on.

I’m supposed to keep my baby safe in my womb and I just feel like I’m failing on doing one simple thing ....

My question to the ladies on here is this something you had to go through and it went away or was it something worse ?

I just want to know if anyone has gone through this and it wasn’t anything bad for their baby .
