BBT? what's normal
When is the best time to take your bbt? I read it was in bed as soon as you wake up and laying in bed still. Is that true. Also my bbt is reading 103.67! Yes it is a basal body thermometer and not a regular thermometer but immediatelysays ERR (error) after. . What does that mean!!? Is my thermometer bad? I just bought it
The 1st time I took my temp it was 102.74
