Ok so someone said to me to today:

“I decided that you should do this today instead of two weeks from now because I decided it wasn’t working the other way. While you are at it, upload them to this system as well.”

Does that sound like a boss talking to an employee or an equal counterpart doing the same job talking to another counterpart?

This is how my counterpart talks to me. She acts like she’s my boss and it pisses me off. We get paid the same, do the same job, and I don’t know if I’m overreacting. I just feel like she could have asked me to do it instead of telling me since we share all responsibilities.
