What are your favorite responses to "when are you going to have a baby"

3.5 years battling infertility with no children, having lost one pregnancy, I'm over it. I want responses that will make the people asking never ask another person this question.

Exactly what you said here, people are scared of honesty. My brother told me and I flat out said we were having fertility problems and it didn’t take long for him to stop talking about it.

Your honest response would probably do it! I saw a post earlier today about someone being told “Wow, you’re 37 and don’t have kids? You better get on that!” When she responded that she had had 7 miscarriages the lady asking got really awkwarded out.
People don’t realize or maybe don’t care that they are asking such a personal question!

I used to tell people "Well we've been trying for 3 years and we dont have a baby yet so I don't know"
Let people feel how awkward their question is. Most won't get it until they feel that.

I’ve also had a loss and had to deal with people asking. 
I’d be petty and say something like “I don’t know, I’m still waiting for on to stick”. That should shut them up.
