Birth Control 😬

Hi, I’m sort of new to this app. I need help and guidance I’m 20 years old and I’m ready to start a family. I was on the nexplanon for about 9months I got it removed October 24th 2019 I had sex October 26th because I heard you could get pregnant immediately my midwife even gave me prenatals to take while I try to conceive. However no luck yet Aunt Flo país me a visit yesterday and I was wondering if anybody was on the same birth control? If you were how long did it take you to conceive I’m starting I feel like there’s something wrong 😔 which I had an ultrasound done and everything looked normal all my eggs, my ovaries, my uterus and my tubes so I just don’t know what to do.
