Help please

On 6 dpo I was really nauseous on and off at night I didn't throw up and I got a little dizzy.7 dpo I had cramping in my abdomen.Im not due for my period yet.I got really dizzy and I had to sit down.8 dpo I had sharp cramping in my abdomen for a couple mins then it stopped then it happened again later that day.9 dpo I had a sharp pain near my vagina.10 dpo today I'm bloated my boobs are sore and had a weird tugging feeling on the left side of my stomach I'm nauseous too.Is this early pregnancy symptoms?
