WARNING LONG POST:Need help 3 weeks late

Ok so I am 3 weeks late and been getting super faint nearly non existent lines since 2 days before my missed period I I just brushed it off and said clearly my body is messing about this month but for 3 days now I have had the clear gummy like cm and also a fair bit of it to and I also had a strike of light pink blood so I put a tampon in thinking my period is coming and when I removed it there was 2 dots of pink discharge but I have had nothing since I already have a 9 month old but these symptoms don’t match when I fell pregnant with him any ideas for what it can be I am currently treating myself for bv not actually been told I have it but I treat myself once every 6 months just to be sure and again dident have any of this the last time I treated myself these are the tests I been getting

But the tests don’t get any darker so I put it as shadows
