Can I still be pregnant?

Yesterday I got a faint pink positive on my period due date, then this morning I started bleeding but it stayed in my vagina not light or too heavy. Went to the ER and urine test came back negative. They told me to test in two days to see if my hcg doubles up. Their test are 50 muil. I have no cramping, put a pad on and it didn't flow. My stomach is still hard with pressure, still frequent urination and hunger. I feel pregnant because of my stomach and my breast are still darkened. Any one had this and was actually pregnant still?

With my first, I remember I had bleeding that I thought was my period but turned out to be implantation bleeding. Bleeding is very common during the first trimester of pregnancy. You should wait a few days and then retest!  I know it was probably very scary to see the blood (I have been there too) but (and this is coming from a nurse) unless you are having terrible pain with it you really don’t need to go to the ER. You don’t want to be around all those sick people!

I had what i thought was my period a month before i found out i was expecting. Kept taking those dollar store tests and they were all negative and i felt crazy so i just shrugged it off. Now 36 weeks pregnant

I’m not sure about the blood, but I’m not surprised you would get a negative on that type of test so early in pregnancy.  Your urine was probably diluted from going to the toilet in the past hour or two, and drinking water- that’s why FMU is best.  That negative probably reflects diluted urine not no longer pregnant.

If in doubt take a digital test and bleeding is common in the beginning.

You can still be pregnant and it not show up on a urine test especially if it early. 50 is a higher number so the test isn’t as sensitive as some other brands. First response or equate can detect at 25 mlU so they are more sensitive at detecting pregnancy earlier. I’d wait and retest with one of them in a day or two. You can also have spotting and still pregnant.
