Bump measuring 95th do I need a scan?

My first baby followed the 50th line on the growth chart the whole pregnancy. I was a bit shocked to find this pregnancy my bump is measuring on the 95th line!!! I have seen lots of posts where if bump is on the 95th or above they have been sent for a growth scan? My midwife just mentioned oh this baby is looking a lot bigger than your first and that was it. Should I be expecting a growth scan or anything? What conditions cause them to send you for a growth scan anyone know? I’m only short and already massive, not sure my body can carry a big baby!!!
