When is it best to have a baby shower

Mine was on a Saturday with my first. I’m glad we did it then Bc honestly it was kind of sad for
Me because only 9 people came, including the 2 hosts, and 24 of the 65 RSVP’d yes. It was just sad for me because I felt sort of like no one cared after all the baby showers I threw and went to over the years. So having the next day to myself was nice. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We wanted Saturday but the restaurant we wanted only had availability on Sunday. I think either is fine, might depend on how many people are coming from out of town.

I voted Saturday. I had my baby shower on a Saturday with my son and I was sooo glad I did as it was exhausting!! All the excitement and people and being hugely pregnant and it was hot. It was nice to have a recovery day after!

I voted Saturday, but ultimately I think it's what works best for you and the guests. For me; Saturdays are best because my SO is off work and i know everyone i invited is as well.
