Any VBAC moms here?

I’m aiming for a VBAC. Currently 39+4, all my vitals are within normal ranges and my weight gain hasn’t been high. It will be 3 years, 10 months since my c-section, so I have a pretty good chance I think ... but I’m still nervous that I may not go into labor on my own.

Yup! You will go into labor on your own just don’t think of any date as a dead line some women gestate longer than others. I have my induction/c-section 3 years ago due to being “over due” for a supportive provider that doesn’t put limits on gestation as long as you and baby are healthy. I was 41+4 when induced and 41+6 when I had my c-section. This time I’ll be waiting for natural labor. We got this momma!

I’m hoping to go into labor naturally this time and I’m praying for a successful VBAC.  There will be 17 months between my births and I have a super supportive team this time through. I was induced at 42+2 with my first and I knew the moment it started that something wasn’t right. My body wasn’t ready and baby boy wasn’t happy. 
Praying we get a beautiful birth experience with healthy babies! When are you due? I’m due Feb 14th so I’m 38 weeks today. Just doing my best to keep a positive mindset. I’ve done a ton of research but I’m still feeling a little nervous!

I'm hoping for one! I have my C-section scheduled at 40+2 based on the ACOG studies I've read. I'm past my uterine rupture fears and am now worried about laboring and having a section anyway. I hated not being able to hold my son 3.5 years ago, and if this girl stays in until my C-section then I will have a gentle C-section and hopefully so much better. But holding out hope she comes sooner! Best of luck to you!

Me! I'm not due til the 27th. I'm nervous too but good candidate. We can do this!!

I just started the gentle birth tincture to help prep my cervix, recommended for me by midwife. Had a ton more Braxton Hicks this time around due to religious use of red raspberry leaf tea.
